[TechAssist] Pioneer Stereo Part info?

Thanks everyone for the help with the Pioneer stereo RX-531. I found a few
more resistors opened and also a
blown transistor. My problem lies now in replacing the transistor it is
blown in half. It is q603 a small to92 transistor restrained by the
heatsink. I believe(know) it is the same as Q604 but the makings on that
transistor are odd 603, 03F anyone know what this transistor is or where to
get a replacement?
