I have my SC # but when you go to their web site, it is a dead end, unless
you have your login info, which is what I am trying to retrieve. I didn't
mention that I had to wait 15 minutes on the consumer support line to get
the customer support number, where I waited 22 minutes to get disconnected.
There is an e-mail address there, that isn't even a link, but I guess I'll
have to e-mail them and wait. Lets see--22 minutes on hold to get
disconnected. How long to get an e-mail answered?
Hey I'm ornry cause we are having network problems today---no--not that
virus--I checked. We a re having an issue with multiple pc's some with XP,
some with 98
