Buck,
That is Philips part# 483511637005. Not sure of the "value". I would just
replace it with an OEM part as it is under $4 and is in stock at Tritronics.
I have seen this so many times in the past (but none recently) and it was
always just the thermistor that burnt up. Used to be a very common problem
(I kept about a half dozen or so on my truck).
