Ken,
Upon looking up this info from Force 32, it appears this unit is made by
Sharp as indicated by the schematic. Philips describes D715 as a 4.7 volt
zener (MTZJ4), part# 483513037968. The schematic has it as a 4.7 volt zener
with the Sharp part number of RH-EX0610GEZZ next to it so that should help.
