[TechAssist] Philips Projo PTV805 Washed Out Picture

Make : Philips
Model : 8P5431 C101
Chassis : PTV805
Problem : Customer says the image is way too bright , washed out and white
but can still see the image . Setting in Menu are at factory default.
Going to wine and dine this one tomorrow. Anyone seen this problem on
this PTV805 chassis?
