Set has horiz. sync problem. Have changed I/C 207, Y250 the osc crystal,the
reg. I/C 410,C 505 & C 506. Have checked esr on caps. If I reduce the B+ from
normal 130v to 115v, picture is stable. What else can cause this problem?
