[TechAssist] `Philips MX3690.Strange video probled,36Z500.Need print or pinout of IC200

Working on Sunday,this monster has video smear and the whites are too
white.The croma has hash in it.Same on All inputs & PIP.
Have replaced the jungle IC200 TDA8369 also all voltages on CRT are within
normal.HAVE no print have looked for TDA8369 datasheet on web,google and
Prelco.HELP!! Any tips or pdf or scans to help find problem?
