Model  43PP9G / 0217
no 8 voltage start up to pins 1&3 of  1901,  unloading crt's doesn't help,
new hot and vert still only have sound and no high voltage,   replaced
deflection board and it worked,   what did I miss ?   where's the 100 ohm
resistor that opens up,  found in winstips but not told where ?
