...Have a 27" Philips TV (Dead set) (Relay clicks 5 or 6 times but still
Dead set) - Model: TP2785 C221 - Chassis: 27k800
...when the power is turned on - the relay "clicks" 5 or 6 times (like a
"pitted" relay would sound like on a bad relay and of course the red power
LED will turn on/off as the relay clicks the go out as the set is DEAD) but
set will not turn on. Just clicks several times and goes dead. Carefully
checked all Solder connections. One tip says it maybe the FBT. Anyone seen
this?
...About all we have seen on these chassis's before is the common small
resistor and the TDA device go bad on the CRT board and a few bad eproms.
Any help?
