Randy I don't have the CTC 90 but a CTC 86 uses a NTE 238 for the HOT.

I no longer have this manual so would anyone happen to have the manual
and give me the part number for the H/O transistor? I have a NTE-165 but
I don't think thats right. Just hoping someone can ID it for me as the
one in it has no numbers at all. Thanks Guys Ben
