[TechAssist] Panasonic kit - What is this??

Model: CT-32D11E
Chassis: EP341
Problem: Set will intermittently turn itself off and turn itself back on.
WinSTIPS says ..."Install Panasonic service Kit p/n# TXANV24ESER"... (
$3.24 ea Tritronics, Inc.) My question is...What is this kit? What
components are in the kit. (to keep from having to special order it). The
more info I have, the more helpful it is. I may be chasing a dead rabbit or
this may be a common thing, but I dunno what this kit is?
