I'd be leaning more toward the hi voltage capacitors connected to the HOT's
collector, if the flyback rang good. Get your nose down to the core of the
IHVT and take a deep smell, if it has a burned plastic or ozone smell to it,
even if its turned off, then I'd reconsider.
