customer says it snaps and went dead, had same model couple months ago, same thing, everything checked ok on first one, sent to pts, don't know what they did, but it only lasted a week and did the same thing, so they have that one, now I've got another doing same thing, any ideas, long service call and heavy heavy set. I would rather fix these sets and make the profit myself.
