[TechAssist] Panasonic CT32SX31E Blows fuse

This BP371 chassis blos 6.3 amp fuse at turn on. I noticed the first degause
surge draws 2 amps AC and then there is a second surge which pegs my AC supply
(5 amp max) instantainiously. Has anyone had this problem?
