1. Does this set have a service switch that you may have moved?
2. You didn't forget to solder the IC like I did a few days ago?

Hi all
I hope everyone's thanksgiven went well.I'm working on this TV It came in
dead soldered bad solder on power reg ic and replace the horz output.set
came on but with no vert. so upon checking the ic 451 I found it had blown
out so I replace it still no vert out put.So far I have replaced
R461,IC451,R810,D812,C451,C455, and check all the caps and diodes in the
vert line still no vert any one seen this before an help I would love to
here from any one
