[TechAssist] Panasonic CT27S18S AREDP224 CHASSIS Green picture

This set has a greenish picture. The voltage coming out of the jungle IC is too
high on pin 10. Is there a way to turn it down via the service menu? If so can
someone tell me how to get into the service menu without the remote. The IC #
is AN5163K. IC101. Thanks. As usual no manual.
