model CT-32sx31e, came in a week ago dead, fuse was blown, couldn't find
anything wrong, soldered it up and replaced fuse, worked for 1 week,
customer unplugged for lighting storm, when plugged back in made a loud hum
and blew fuse, fuse blows in shop as well, unhooked base of H.O.T. and
put a 100 watt bulb across fuse, blinks real bright, am I safe in assuming
the fbt is bad ? cost is $50.00 hate blow it if not the problem, hot is
ok, reg and everything looks ok anyone have any tips ?
