[TechAssist] PTV - Hitachi 46UX7K - AP13 Chassis -No Video or Sound

I have full deflection but no picture or sound on this unit. I suspect one
of the dedicated power supplies to the circuits is missing.....any test
points you may suggest would be appreciated. There is a 12V supply on the
SMPS board that is active, but not sure if there is a regulator working or
not.
Didn't check for the menu or the OSD, but a common supply to Video/Audio
circuits would be the first place to test.
