[TechAssist] PANSONIC PV-L452 (camcord) no capstan function

Hello,
I have this cam here that originally came in with a main internal blown fuse.
Replaced it and it tested fine, although the original tape had been "eaten".
A week later the cust returns and says the unit ate a tape and is not dead but
otherwise all deck functions don't work other than eject.
The load motor and drum work, but no capstan.
My question is servo or cap motor?
