I have a 1992 27" Panasonic GAOO TV that I feel is one of the best TV's made in the 1990's. The original picture tube from Panasonic is $1400 Canadian plus shipping and taxes. The set did not cost that much new! THAT is ridiculous! I can get a rebuilt one that may be not as good for about $350 Cdn. That's how much the original from Panasonic SHOULD cost. Yes, something should be done! But what?
