[TechAssist] Need upc for RCA PTK178LB PTV

Andrews says NLA, need micro chip for RCA PTV, number on chip is SC42517B,
manual gives no part number for just the chip (eeprom and micro come together)
or used to! Chip is U3101 . Need source for the micro chip, they sent us
just the eeprom . Set is P52754AT service number is P52754ATLX1 chassis is
PTK178LB. Need to know if somone has this chip in stock.
