I asked http://www.bdent.com/ to cross the TT2062.
He came up with the replacement. See below. If you want to compare spec
sheets, I can upload them to Tech assist for you.

Regarding this TT2062, these "TT" numbers are generally used as
preproduction numbers used internally by Sanyo until they decide whether or
not they will make it a production part.
Do you actually have a part with this number it?
Anyways we have a part which should pork for this.
Part number is 2SC5682 we have stock @$8/14 each for small qty.
