[TechAssist] Need SM Sylvania SST4323; dead set

Hi,
I'm going out on this one in the morning. Can someone help me out with a
service manual? Customer complaint is "dead set; trips breaker" I'm
betting that we have either a bad breaker on a power strip, or a dead
short in the power supply.
