Select setup icon and select cable mode
Select timer icon and set sleep time for 30 min.
press action button 3 times to exit menus
Tune to channel 124
adjust vol. to min.(0)
press vol. button(decrease) on receiver
red "CHK" appears in upper corner
press power button on remote to select one of the service adjustment modes
