That's the ATC311 chassis that has bad HV Splitters
Ronnie has a ATC221
I just fixed a D52W20BYX1  ITC222 chassis with a bad focus/screen control.
the picture had a intermittent flash the longer on the more often it would
flash or blink. could hear a slight ticking coming from focus/screen block
when put stethescope (rubber garden hose) on it
replacement solved the problem
