Your PIP Module is defective :

Bypass it.....99% of most people never use the feature.

Here's how :

1) Remove PIP Module

2 Install on the main board where connector VP was :  .01uf 50 cap from pin
7 & 9 , 4.7uf 50V to pins 11 & 9  ( Negative lead pin 11)

Do not reinstall the board.
