Allen,
Convergence is accessed by "menu-0359...these digits will then access certain
parts of the convergence
process.<4><5><6>
Audio switches color. Use adjust arrows to move cursor and enter to select
point...enter again to
unselect, then move to the next point.
The same fine adjustments are avaialble in the customer menu.
Also, you will have to do convergence in HD mode with an HD signal applied. If
the customer does not have
HD, you will need a generator.
