[TechAssist] Mitsubishi VS405R, customer wants an owners manual

My customer just got a older model VS405R repaired and would like an
owners manual if there's an old one available. Set came from a neighbor
who moved away when they were given this set. Even a pdf manual I can
print out is OK.
