In his defense, he did give a rather succinct description of the problem in
his text.
I belive those use an "addressable" jungle IC. By the fact that it powers up
and the OSD, tuner are working proves the Data buss, so either the control
info isn't getting to the jungle (crack, bad resistor, etc) or the jungle
has isssues.
