[TechAssist] Mits. Mod: VS5006R colored retrace lines at top

This unit has colored retrace lines at top of
pix.(red,blue and green)about 50 of them. Real close
at top and gets further apart until they disappear in
the middle of screen. I am sure a cap but thought
someone might have a tip on this as I don't remember
ever having colored retrace lines. Many Thanks Ben
