J Silverman I agree, that was my first response. However I have fixed her set in the past and she is rather old. No owners manual, no internet, and Mits website doesn't support any of there direct view model from what I saw. Nor do they give a number to call for customer support. I couldn't just let her down since I am her choice for service. Sometimes we are all they have due to the lack of support from what misguided people think is a great company. I just wish I could charge for the support but I just tell them that I sell RCA and that I can solve any problem with them because I have better support and access to much more info from them. Hopefully when they replace their tv they will remember that and shop here. Its a nice thought and doesn't work as often as I like but I will keep trying like everone else here.
