[TechAssist] Microsoft Internet Explorer Problem with tech assist

When trying to download "Tech Assist" items that show "?" (index-video.doc)from 
Download page, get" Microsoft internet explorer error". Can download other 
selections with no problems. Using "ME" with all updates current. TIA for any 
assistance.
