[TechAssist] Memorex MT1125 Ch#M3101S NO power need schematic of startup

Got one that was hit by lightening. There is no startup. All the normal
(horz out, smps) have been checked. There is 12volts on the relay but no
close on ON button being pressed. Does anyone have schematic of this area
that they can scan for me, especially the micro It would be appreciated.
