Ed;The last Marz I repaired used a pair of UPC1237 & UPC1270 as the 
predrivers.The finals are 2SD1148 or 2SC3182, & 2SB863 or 2SA1265.I used 
OEM's for the repair.This was on a Marz SR640 or SR440.I know this is an 
older version but hth.................
