[TechAssist] Magnovox 27TSC6 2102 chassis 27B11 Timing

I replaced the HOT in this set and when I check the timing I get 10.3ms. I
used the sencore equipment for this. I once saw on here that it might be ok
on certain brands of TV's. The Hot is running cool so far. Any thoughts on
this? Don't have a timing Cap of that Value to replace.
