[TechAssist] Magnavox PTV730 no hv has sound

I need a scan of signal and deflections ckts or some suggestions on this
pjtv. Unit came in dead, replaced F402 and both controller ICS restored smps
but no drive to horizontal output. I see very few phillips projos, so any
help would be greatly appreciated.
