The board is mounted on it's side in fact all the boards are vertical 
mount.Nothing but cabinet floor under CRTs. So that eliminates coolant 
contamination. I can check them if I can get the number of the tube. Can't see 
it on the tube. Seems pretty unlikely that they are bad but I would like to 
check them.

If not,and all the Voltages are the same,as compared to the RED,scope the 
Video input.......you may have a couple of bad tubes,can you check them ???
