[TechAssist] Magnavox 7P6033W101, PTV775-AH01 no audio, pix out H. sync

Replaced IC405 (opto-IC in PS, # 483520988561) because heating it would
cause shut down. That symptom corrected now.
But:
Now has an out of horiz sync picture. Vert sync OK.
OSD display is OK, and IN sync.
Assisting another shop.
