996500014979      CALL TECH ASST.865-525-0234
Jay, NAP shows 11 pcs. in stock, but have this note to call their tech assit
line when ordering. I show never recieving any of these from them , so have no
real info as to what the deal is. Will try calling and find out and update to
you.
Just got off the line with them as writing this, just an answer machine on tech
line so called my parts contact. She advised this note means that the part has
been changed and is not in the system to sell until tech approves it. She also
said the answer machine is on for their lunch break. This is new to me so will
try after they finish stuffing their faces.

  Hello,
     I need the part number for the eprom in this set. Tritronics has a
  part number of  _996500014979._

</cgi-bin/onramp.exe?pgm=itemdet.bbx&id=996500014979&custnum=3046246311&password=6311++++++>
  Can anyone confirm that this is a Nap part number? Tritronics says the
  part is inactive? Set was purchased 4 months ago.
  Thanks
