Well you can pull the Horiz Out, put a load on the 130 volt line and monitor the B+.......but if it blows instantly I'd look at the damper 1st, the HV caps 2nd, and the IHVT 3rd. Reason is, dampers blow HO's Fast, Caps a little slower, and IHVTs take the longest time to kill a new HO. That's my line of reasoning... Damon Brunger Telrad Electronics Ft.
