If it was just no color, there has been 3.58 color Xtals go bad. But
with the jitter,maybe the jungle chip? Also, since the color sync uses
a sample from the horizontal as a comparrison, the actual problem may
be the horiz. jitter.Stablise that, and color may correct itself.
