From Tech Repair CD: Sony\KV27FS13\Dead / Standby light flashes 4x\135v line pulses between 0v - 30v several times* then unit shuts down. Power on to recycle\\\D501 is leaky. Measures 80 ohms in both directions\\\\\\\\ Sony\KV27FS13\Dead set standby light flashing\\\BA5\Found diode D616 on the A-Board open\\\\\\\\ Sony\KV27FS13\Immediate shutdown at power up* 4 blinks of LED\\\\Disconnected 200v line to CRT board and still shuts down. Horizontal Output checks good* 135v good* IC-502/pin 2 0v.\Unsoldered IC502 and still shutdown and no +/- 13v* no HV rush at power up* no HD/VD drive at first power up. Low B from D616 does not come up at all\Found a transistor in place of D616 that was open* replaced w/correct diode and unit powered up and operated normally.\The transistor that was in place of D616 was a 2SC4370 and did have original solder indicating this came from factory this way. Transistor checked open\Replaced D616 w/originally listed part number (871951037) and unit operated normally.
