OK...Fixed.
Found C975 in the Power Supply, starting to bulge at the top.
1000ufd/10volts.
Replaced...and good to go.

Customer brought in a DVD Player she said would not load disk.
Looks like it powers up and shut down immediately.
Any problems with the Power Supply in these. It's about 2 years
old.
