[TechAssist] JVC AV-27950 pip problem

This set has a good picture when in tuner mode on the main picture and the
little pip in video but if I swap them the larger picture in video mode is
good but the smaller picture in the tuner mode (CH 3) there is no picture on
the small picture just a black raster.
