[TechAssist] JVC AV27750 Vert prob

This is NOT vert.collapse, nor is it foldover problems. This unit has a
band of thin horiz lines at the bottom and another thin band of lines near
the middle of screen. It's visible on both tuner and AV inputs.
Changed D422 (75v zener) , and the three electrolytics (100uf/35v, 470uf/35
and 2200/35 i think). No change. No response to heat either.
Any ideas anyone?
