[TechAssist] JVC AV 27230 Ch A67 No Brightness washed out video. Audio ok

I have this set in for repair with washed out video. Almost no brightness.
Color seems ok. When you change chanels there is a slight hesitation before the
channel locks in. I checked and I have about 175 volts at the screen pin on CRT
socket. I would appreciate any tips and if some one has a PDF of this TV I
would appreciate a copy. TIA
