[TechAssist] Hum bars in pic Mits VS-50605

This set has hum bars in the video. Customer said it would go away after warmup
but now stays constant. I checked the electrolytics in the regulator portion of
the signal board but all checked good. I had another with similar problem and
found a bad cap, but this seems to be different. Anyone seen this? Thanks, Tim
