Dried out, weak electroylitic Cap's perhap's..If you have an ESR In-Circuit
Cap. checker, you might want to try checking for weak Lytic's in Power
supply,Horiz. cir.,etc. On a TV that old (1984) your probably going to find
several.. If you need Service Manual, (about 5 to 7 meg) let me know your email
