[TechAssist] Hitachi 36TX69K CH# M1CLXU No voltage from SMPS

Anyone got any notes one this one.I've changed almost all transistors and
the I/C in the SMPS and checked the resistors and caps. It has a different
way of getting B+ and then using it to develop lower voltage to run ccts. I
dont think the waveform on the col. of Q902 is correct but it is OK comming
from I/C. I measure 138V on the B+ line but no lower voltages.
