[TechAssist] Hisense Plasma TA42P40M DEAD ONLY HAVE PILOT LIGHT LIT....

I have a Hisense 42 inch plasma in the shop that's dead as a door nail.
I have tried to get tech support and
schematics from the company but only get filled voice mails and no
response to my e-mails. Has any one had
this model to work on and have schematics,tips,trouble shooting advise.
Before I give this back to the customer
can anyone give any advise on this set.
